Refunds & Withdrawal
Clear rules for cancellations, unrevealed keys, faulty digital content and statutory consumer remedies.
Last updated: 24 August 2026Before a key is revealed
Contact Support immediately if you ordered the wrong product and the key has not been displayed, delivered or otherwise supplied. Where fulfilment can still be stopped, we will cancel and refund the order using the original payment method.
Immediate digital delivery
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. When you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins, withdrawal is no longer available after the key is revealed or delivered.
Faulty or already-used keys
Report the issue promptly through Support with the order number, activation platform, exact error and requested screenshots. Do not post the key publicly. We will verify the activation record with the supplier and provide a working replacement, price reduction or refund when required.
Wrong region or platform
A refund may be refused where the product page clearly showed the platform and region and the key has already been supplied. If the page was materially incorrect or unclear, statutory remedies remain available.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge support requests within 24 hours. Supplier investigations may take longer. Approved refunds are initiated promptly to the original payment method; the financial provider may need additional business days to display the credit.
Chargebacks
Please contact Support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, but using a lawful payment remedy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
How to request a remedy
Use the Support page and include your account email, order number, product, platform, region, activation time and the requested outcome. Never send passwords, full card data or unrelated identity documents.
