Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the SkinWinKing marketplace, customer accounts and purchases of digital games, software, DLC and gift cards.

These terms apply to the SkinWinKing website and services. The contracting trader, registration details, geographic address, email address and applicable tax information are stated in the Legal Notice and order confirmation once commercial sales are enabled.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorised use. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or use the service with the valid permission of a parent or guardian where local law allows.
3. Product information and compatibility
Product pages identify the platform, region, language, activation method and relevant technical restrictions available to us. You are responsible for checking compatibility and regional limitations before ordering. Material restrictions are shown before checkout.
4. Prices and payment
The total price, currency, applicable taxes and any unavoidable charges are displayed before the order button. Payment is handled by the provider identified during checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and SkinWinKing issues an order confirmation.
5. Digital delivery
Digital keys are normally delivered to the authenticated account and order page after successful payment and supplier confirmation. Delivery time estimates are not guarantees where a security review, provider outage or supplier delay occurs.
6. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Consumers generally receive a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only after the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins. Checkout must collect that acknowledgement separately before revealing a key.
7. Faulty, missing or non-conforming content
If a key is invalid, already used, materially misdescribed or not delivered, contact Support without attempting resale or transfer. We may request reasonable activation evidence. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, scraping, automated purchasing, sanctions evasion, resale without authorisation, interference with security, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Suppliers and third-party platforms
Activation and use may also be governed by the terms of Steam, console networks, publishers or other platforms. SkinWinKing remains responsible for its own statutory obligations and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and cancellation
We may pause fulfilment or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate security, fraud, payment or legal concerns. We will provide information and a remedy where required by law.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SkinWinKing is not responsible for losses caused solely by incompatible hardware, unsupported regions, user credential compromise or independent third-party platform outages.
12. Changes and governing law
The version accepted at purchase governs that order. Updated terms apply prospectively. Mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s country remain available, and disputes may be brought before competent courts or consumer-resolution bodies where applicable.
